General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

§1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern all services provided by IR Transfer, including:

  • Private transportation services (airport transfers, trips, events)

  • Private concierge services

  • Subscription-based services (monthly private driver)

Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

§2 Definitions

Provider: IR Transfer
Client: any individual or legal entity booking a service
Service: private transport, concierge, or subscription service

Maximum capacity: 4 passengers per service (unless otherwise agreed)

 

§3 Scope of Application

Services are provided within Poland.
The Provider undertakes to deliver a professional, punctual, and discreet service.

 

§4 Booking and Contract Formation

1. Private Transport

  • Booking via website, email, or WhatsApp only

  • The client must complete a detailed form (dates, times, locations, flight details, etc.)

  • The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking and payment

➡️ The information provided in the form constitutes the contractual basis of the service.

2. Concierge Services

Booking is carried out in two mandatory steps:

The email must include:

  • stay dates

  • number of participants

  • flight details

  • accommodation

  • requested services

➡️ The Provider will then send a personalized offer.

3. Monthly Subscription (Private Driver)

  • Booking by email only

  • No online form applies

The client must send a detailed request to: contact@ir-transfer.com

After validation:

  • a contract is established

  • terms are confirmed in writing and signed

 

§5 Payment

Private Transport

  • Payment via website

  • Deposit or full payment depending on the offer

  • Accepted payment methods: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash

Concierge Services

  • Deposit of 600 PLN upon booking

  • Remaining balance to be paid before the service

👉 External services (restaurants, tickets, activities, etc.) are paid directly by the client to the providers
👉 IR Transfer does not advance any costs for these services

Monthly Subscription

  • Starting from 2400 PLN / month

Includes:

  • 1 round trip per day

  • 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)

  • up to 10 km per trip

Additional charges:

  • +3 PLN / km beyond 10 km

  • price adjustments for specific requests

Payment terms are defined in the signed contract.

 

§6 Cancellation and Refund

Transport

  • +72h: 10% retained

  • -72h or no-show: 100% charged

Concierge

  • +72h: 50% retained

  • -72h: 100% charged

Monthly Subscription

Cancellation and termination conditions are defined in the signed contract between the parties.

External Services

  • Subject to third-party providers’ conditions

  • IR Transfer is not responsible for third-party refund policies

 

§7 Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • provide accurate information

  • be punctual

  • follow safety rules

  • not transport prohibited items

  • assume responsibility for any damage caused

 

§8 Delays and Force Majeure

The Provider is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • traffic

  • weather conditions

  • external events

  • administrative decisions

 

§9 Liability

The Provider ensures a professional service.

Not responsible for:

  • forgotten items

  • indirect losses

  • third-party decisions

 

§10 Personal Data

Data is processed in accordance with the website’s privacy policy.

 

§11 Applicable Law and Disputes

  • Polish law applies

  • Courts of Kraków have jurisdiction

 

§12 Acceptance

Any reservation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
